We are looking for an experienced host/hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of food and beverage service, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food and beverages to customers, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to all health and safety regulations. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Keep dining area clean and organized.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
