The Global Product Manager, Immunology and Cell Biology is responsible for the success if products throughout their lifecycle. - Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to guide product development.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with scientific and regulatory standards.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities in the immunology and cell biology markets.
- Represent the company at scientific conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to gather insights and promote products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), researchers, and industry partners to enhance product credibility and adoption.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, pricing, and promotional plans.
- Create compelling marketing materials, such as technical datasheets, application notes, and web content, to drive product adoption.
- Train and support the sales team with product knowledge, technical expertise, and customer engagement strategies.
- Partner with Product Management to translate customer feedback into product improvements and innovation opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving product-related inquiries in collaboration with the technical support team.
- Monitor product performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback to assess market success.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine product strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including new product development, enhancements, phase-outs, and end-of-life decision.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Advanced degree (Ph.D., Master’s, or equivalent) in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role within the life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong technical expertise in immunology and cell biology research tools, including flow cytometry, immunoassays, cell culture, and molecular biology techniques.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards for life science products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20-30%) as needed.
