What's the Job?
- Perform maintenance repair and improvement activities on process line equipment.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance, including cleaning and lubricating shafts, bearings, and gears to minimize production downtime.
- Execute minor building HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs as necessary.
- Lead and train other associates in proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Track mechanical performance and communicate effectively to implement solutions.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma/GED and 3 years of technical maintenance experience, particularly with automation/PLC controls.
- Experience in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Proficiency in operating shop equipment such as cranes, hoists, and power tools.
- Ability to pass welding tests in MIG and stick welding.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic repairs and adjustments.
