Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel.

- Assist with budget management and expense reports.
- Oversee and implement changes in office operations.

- Coordinate mail, shipping, and receiving.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Four or more years of administrative support experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
