Job Description:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Louisville, KY.
This role involves auditing dangerous goods packages for compliance with regulations. You will be Processing all inbound/ outbound hazmat shipments, but you will receive a specific training for that.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, route them appropriately, and take messages
- Assist with resolving routine problems
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and internet research
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation is necessary
- Must provide 2 forms of valid ID
