Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties within a light manufacturing plant, including cleaning, painting, labeling, and moving pallets.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety standards and training.
- Assist production operators with changeovers, setups, and adjustments.
- May be trained to fill in for production roles as needed.
- Perform basic equipment upkeep (cleaning) during downtime.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a light manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and management.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment consistently.
- Ability to climb stairs and stand for 2-3 hour periods.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work various schedules, including overtime and some weekends.
