Production Worker, OH - START ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Perform standardized manufacturing tasks including weighing, mixing, forming, and drying.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production processes.
• Submit samples for quality testing and prepare shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory protocols.
• Perform basic machine maintenance under supervision.
• Operate a forklift (certification required).
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• 1 year of manufacturing or related experience (preferred).
• Forklift license.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• This is a physically active role within a manufacturing environment.
• Training will be provided for specific production processes.
• Candidates must be willing to work night or day shifts.

Job Type: Full-time
