Responsibilities
- Research and resolve travel agent comission inquiries
- Process Manual Adjustment Forms
- Handle Customer Service calls and e-mails related to comissions
- Support Key business partners with analysis and reconciliation
- Prepare monthly reports and assist with account managment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year experience preferred in processing travel agent comissions or vendor-related records
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Intermediate microsoft excel experience is preferred
