Key Responsibilities:
- Office Duties:
- Assist feeder drivers with inquiries via phone.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and other team members.
- Outdoor Duties:
- Inspect trailers, including opening and closing heavy trailer doors.
- Conduct trailer walk-offs in all weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects throughout the workday.
Work Environment:
- Combination of office and outdoor environment.
