Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Rooms Division Manager to oversee operations at our Full Service Hotel located in Schaumburg. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of hotel management, ensuring that all departments function efficiently and effectively. This role requires a commitment to excellence in service delivery and the ability to foster a positive work environment.
This is a great opportunity for a seasoned FOM or AGM in a smaller property looking to take that next step into an Executive Committee Role. Your knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping procedures will enable you to grow into a larger role within the overall hotel. You will act as the AGM when the GM is not present
This is a hands on position working with your associates in order to ensure they are properly trained and supported.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience as a FOM or Asst GM is required
- Experience with Hilton applications
- OnQ or PEP experience a plus
- The ability to mentor your associates in order for them to move to the next level
- A dedication to overall guest and associate satisfaction
- Experience in AP and AR
- Proven experience in hotel management with a focus on leadership roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with our diverse clientele.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of the rooms division, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency in both Front Desk and Housekeeping
- With the direction of the GM - oversee all divisions of the hotel
- Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
