What are the responsibilities and job description for the MECHANIC position at MP Nexlevel, LLC?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair heavy and medium duty trucks and trailers
- perform preventative and daily repairs
- Inspects, operates and tests equipment to ensure proper functioning of truck equipment and components
Essential Education and Qualifications:
- Must have the level of knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose, inspect and repair heavy trucks and trailers
- Must have the ability to work and communicate effectively with managers and fellow employee’s
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with engines, transmissions, drive train, dot inspections, air and electric brake operation and repair
- Comfortable with newer truck emissions and electronic control systems
Physical Demands:
- Requires endurance to stand, stoop, bend and work on and under trucks and trailers.
Pay Scale- $24 - $36
