Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair heavy and medium duty trucks and trailers
• perform preventative and daily repairs
• Inspects, operates and tests equipment to ensure proper functioning of truck equipment and components
  
  

Essential Education And Qualifications

• Must have the level of knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose, inspect and repair heavy trucks and trailers
• Must have the ability to work and communicate effectively with managers and fellow employee’s
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with engines, transmissions, drive train, dot inspections, air and electric brake operation and repair
• Comfortable with newer truck emissions and electronic control systems
  
  

Physical Demands

• Requires endurance to stand, stoop, bend and work on and under trucks and trailers.
  
  

Pay Scale- $24 - $36
