Its Software-as-a-Service solutions help meet regulations faster with real-time traceability, guided design controls, and change once, update everywhere functionality - turning manual and disconnected data into streamlined, structured submissions that enable them to get to market faster.
Our client is a small and growing company that supports a flexible, diverse, and exciting hybrid work environment. They offer a suite of software tools to help medical devices, pharmaceutical, and combination product companies capture and model all aspects of design controls, risk management, and systems engineering deliverables for regulatory submission and approval. They provide consulting services and training in the deployment and use of these solutions.
They consist of Compass® MED and Compass® BIO products which are both implemented at their Cockpit® platform. Their most recent solution, Compass® MED, provides an off-the-shelf SaaS solution for medical device companies. Compass® MED provides regulatory and standards-based templates that guide users toward compliance. They also are developing a new Compass® BIO product for the pharmaceutical market.
WHO YOU ARE :
The ideal candidate is a Frontend Software Developer (React / Redux) with experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industries. You have experience with an Agile software development team. Designing and developing the user interface of a client's platform. You have experience with making large data sets performant in React applications.
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Maintain existing user interfaces using React, ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns
- Develop new reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Utilize Redux for state management
- Optimize front-end performance for maximum responsiveness and user experience
- Engage as a member of the Agile team, including updating sprint tasks and attending scrums
- Execute best practices and procedures defined for software development
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
