Account Coordinator
OVERVIEW DESCRIPTION:
The Account Coordinator is a client focused role, responsible for providing support and proactively managing and optimizing the accounts for the clients they work with. The Account Coordinator will address all needs of the clients, including routine payroll data entry as well as assisting with general client inquiries. This position requires strong desire to provide excellent customer service, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of isolved/UKG.
The Account Coordinator is also responsible for providing first level support for incoming calls from the phone queue. The Account Coordinator role is a frequent point of contact for our clients and will make a powerful positive impression with every encounter.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Manage a client list or manage clients out of the service queue and provide exceptional customer
- Research, troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries, as part of ongoing support for your client set.
- Educate customers on how to use the system to process payroll.
- Assists clients with payroll support and general inquiries.
- Participate in the Client Service team meetings.
- Take incoming customer phone calls from the support queue.
- Accurately and completely document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Facilitate cross departmental interaction with other teams, to ensure open communications for the benefit of our client's success.
- Continuously seek out process improvement opportunities and take ownership to implement positive change.
- Assist in the Distribution function and other areas as needed.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Associates degree required. Bachelor's Degree Preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage several tasks effectively.
- SaaS experience preferred.
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
- Attention to detail & results oriented.
- Experience with ADP run a plus.
