Position Details:
- 1- Primary DSP Shift: We are hiring for a Primary DSP- the hours are full time with typical weekday shifts from 6:30am-8am and 4pm-10pm several days a week, with rotating weekend shifts from 9:00am-4:00pm. The Primary will also have on-call responsibilities 1 week a month.
- 2- Secondary DSP Shift: We are also hiring for a Secondary DSP- the hours are full time with typical weekday shifts from 3:00-10:00pm several days a week, with rotating weekends. The Secondary will also have on-call responsibilities 1 week a month.

Responsibilities:
- Daily Support: Assist clients with ADLs (personal care, meals, medication, and mobility).
- Encourage Independence: Facilitate community activities, life skills development, and personal goal achievement.
- Health and Safety: Monitor client well-being, maintain a safe environment, and follow individualized service plans (ISP).
- Documentation: Accurately document services, progress, and any incidents per agency/state guidelines.
- Build Relationships: Establish positive, supportive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
- Promote Dignity and Respect: Advocate for client rights and ensure a respectful environment in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
- Three years of experience in developmental disabilities or caregiving required
