DSP Position Details:
- Home Supervisor: Will work 35-40 hours/week, with on-call responsibilities as the supervisor. Typical shifts will be from (2:30pm-10:00pm), and rotating weekend shifts from 8:00am-10:00pm)
- We are also hiring for a Primary DSP- this role will work 35-40 hours/week, with on-call responsibilities 1 week a month. Typical shifts will be from (2:30pm-10:00pm), and rotating weekend shifts from 8:00am-10:00pm)- Earn up to $15.25 an hour.

DSP Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Manage the staff in the home to ensure smooth operations of care.
- Daily Support: Assist clients with ADLs (personal care, meals, medication, and mobility).
- Encourage Independence: Facilitate community activities, life skills development, and personal goal achievement.
- Health and Safety: Monitor client well-being, maintain a safe environment, and follow individualized service plans (ISP).
- Documentation: Accurately document services, progress, and any incidents per agency/state guidelines.
- Build Relationships: Establish positive, supportive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
- Promote Dignity and Respect: Advocate for client rights and ensure a respectful environment in all interactions.
DSP Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
- Three years of experience in developmental disabilities or caregiving required
