Responsibilities

- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits.
- Negotiate terms of insurance contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in insurance regulations to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Experience
