Duties
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details and answer any questions.
- Negotiate terms of insurance policies with clients and underwriters.
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate new business leads and maintain client relationships.
- Assist clients with benefits administration and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in outside sales activities to expand market presence and drive growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy changes in the company database.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide knowledgeable service.
Experience
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable, enhancing customer interaction capabilities.
