This includes the full P&L, from revenue to PBT, and balance sheet including cash conversation, net working capital and capex. This role also provides exposure to a global organisation giving you the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the business.

- Develop and execute the site’s strategic and operational plans in alignment with the businesses overall vision and five-year strategy.
- Fostering collaboration by actively engaging with the MDs at other sites.
- Promoting and encouraging effective team cross-collaboration throughout the Group.
- Align operations with organisational strategy, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
- Identify and drive initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track site success.
- Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, while maintaining quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between departments.
- Manage resource allocation, including staffing, budgets, and infrastructure, to meet site goals.
- Develop and manage the site’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor financial performance, addressing variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure cost-effective operations and identify areas for cost optimisation.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling working capital to ensure the business maintains optimal liquidity and financial stability. This involves managing the balance between current assets and liabilities to support day-to-day operations, fund growth, and minimise financial risks.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8 years of progressive leadership experience, including site or business unit management.
- Proven track record of achieving operational and financial targets.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all organisational levels.
