We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. Duties

• Perform carpentry tasks including cabinet installation, trim carpentry, and fixture installation.
• Assist with masonry work and siding installation as needed.
• Restore and repair existing structures, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
• Construct and install roofs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute project specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and laborers to complete projects efficiently.

Skills

• Proficient in various carpentry techniques including trim carpentry, cabinet installation, and fixture installation.
• Experience with masonry work is a plus.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and restoration techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
• Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
