Job Description :
We are seeking a Bell Person to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Palm Beach team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. The responsibilities of our bell person(s) are to transport guest luggage to / from guest rooms, escort guests to rooms and inform guests of all hotel services and features. This individual is also responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow through attention throughout stay. This individual will possess knowledge of all hotel service and amenities.
This position is a FLEX (AM / PM) position, and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights. We have a full-time position available.
