Job Description:
We are seeking a Pool & Beach Host/Hostess to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Palm Beach team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. The Pool & Beach Host/Hostess will function to assist all guests at Pool/Beach facilities with seating and requests, courteously and efficiently, and according to hotel standards. In addition, the Host/Hostess will maintain the cleanliness and organization of all supplies, equipment, and work areas while ensuring guest safety and enjoyment.
This position is a FLEX (AM / PM) position, and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights. We have (2) full-time positions available.
Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
- Ability to provide legible communication.
- Ability to do basic arithmetic.
- Valid certification in first aid and C.P.R. (desired)
- Previous experience in similar position with a hotel. (desired)
- Ability to communicate in a second language, preferably. (desired)

- Ability to adapt to priority changes of workflow or requirements.

- Ability to remain standing for entire shift.
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop.
