About the Role
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring customer samples are processed accurately and fulfilled efficiently. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, RD&A, and Customer Service, and handle a variety of operational systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sample requests using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer sample requests.
- Search databases to verify available inventory.
- Create and manage purchase and customer orders in SAP.
- Receive and process shipments from vendors and internal locations.
- Code and document inventory adjustments appropriately.
- Modify and maintain orders based on team needs and production capabilities.
- Support ordering and tracking of common stock inventory.
- Create indirect purchase orders and manage invoicing.
- Cross-train on material requests and support related department functions.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Accurate typing skills (50 WPM).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
- Team player with a customer-focused approach.
Preferred:
- Experience using Salesforce, SAP, or SharePoint.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
