Production Supervisor

Role Overview:

The Production Supervisor will oversee production operations, ensuring smooth workflows, top-notch product quality, and compliance with safety standards. This position requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage a team, drive continuous improvement, and troubleshoot any operational challenges that arise on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the activities of the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols in the production area.
• Track production output, identify bottlenecks, and work with the team to resolve issues that may impact production schedules.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance performance and maintain high standards.
• Organize shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing to maintain smooth operations.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production, quality, and safety.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting and lead efforts to ensure equipment is well-maintained and operating efficiently.
• Communicate production status and updates to upper management regularly.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, quality control processes, and production best practices.
• Ability to analyze data and report on production performance metrics.

Education and Experience:

• Required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Manufacturing, etc.).
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar production environment.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
