Job Overview:
We are hiring a Quality Control Technician to perform detailed inspections of manufactured components and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards. This position requires an individual with strong attention to detail and experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections of parts and assemblies.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Document inspection results and communicate findings to production teams.
- Identify and report non-conformances and assist in corrective actions.
- Maintain calibration of measurement tools and equipment.
- Support internal audits and compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications:
- At least five years of experience in quality control or inspection.
- Hands-on experience with CMM programming and operation.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and precision measurement tools.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
