Job Summary:
To support research and development activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory experiments, product testing, and prototype evaluations.
- Collect, document, and analyze data to support research and development initiatives.
- Assist engineers and scientists in product formulation, testing, and process improvement.
- Prepare materials, solutions, and equipment for experiments.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Document test results and assist in preparing technical reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot product and process challenges.
- Follow standard operating procedures and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Material Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques, testing methods, and data analysis.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and document findings accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
