MPC Property Management is a proven leader in the industry, providing professional property management of residential and commercial investment properties, along with the management of community associations in Southeastern Wisconsin since 2008. We are currently looking for a dedicated success-driven individual to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a vital role in assisting, managing and supporting the operations of the community associations we serve.
The Role
- Assist in the daily management of community associations
- Build and foster relationships with clients to ensure a high level of service
- Provide financial reporting, project updates, and vendor recommendations to association board members
- Develop property budget, forecasts, and maintain budget adherence throughout the year
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements to ensure high standards of excellence
- Monitor and enforce contract terms, billings, reconciliations, collection of dues, and other charges
- Review and approve property invoices and expenses and submit for payment
- Ensure strong compliance with proper documentation and record keeping for vendors and homeowners
- Attend board and member meetings including some evening and weekend meetings as required
- Be a team player and jump in to help where needed
