Delivery Driver

Duties:

- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Verify the contents of each delivery against shipping documents and obtain signatures from customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents to the supervisor immediately

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Knowledge of local roads and routes
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying deliveries
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Physical stamina to lift heavy packages and load/unload goods
- Good communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
