What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handle routine facilities maintenance like painting, light carpentry, and room setups.
- Assist with equipment and material relocation.
- Support HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other system repairs.
- Step in to back up shipping and receiving operations when needed.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED with a technical background.
- Solid experience in general maintenance, repairs, and preventive care.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word.
- Great attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service.
Preferred:
- Maintenance experience in large facilities.
- Familiarity with building codes, vendor management, and infrastructure systems.
- Forklift license and OSHA 10 certification are a plus.
