Warehouse Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and orders.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Utilize equipment such as cherry pickers and order pickers for efficient order fulfillment.
• Conduct heavy lifting of packages and materials as needed.
• Fabricate packaging materials for products when required.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in organizing the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective inventory management.
• Experience operating cherry pickers or similar equipment is beneficial.
• Understanding of OSHA safety standards and practices is required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including potential overtime as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.38 - $16.39 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
