We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inbound Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for each client. Your ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions will be essential in fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding account to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions in the system, ensuring all data is entered accurately for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs.
Skills
- Financial licenses series 7, 66 or (series 63/65 combination)
- 1-2 years financial services experience
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in office computer applications and data entry tasks.
- Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in customer support or call center roles is a plus.
