Job Summary
Cybersecurity Program Manager with 10 years of experience in managing multiple complex projects in IAM and GRC domains. Experience in managing multiple complex SOC 1 & SOC 2 audit, IAM implementation, migration, consulting projects. Healthcare domain will be added advantage. Sound knowledge & hands-on experience in GRC (SOC 1 & SOC 2), Identity and Access Management (IAM), SailPoint & ForgeRock tools.

Technical Skills:
- Require 10 years' experience in managing large Identity and Access management (IAM) Program/projects.
- Require experience in managing large SOC 1 & SOC 2 audit programs.
- Ability to coordinate project activities across multiple internal stakeholders, providers and vendors.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation, migration. Development projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience with SailPoint IGA project/program execution.
- Strong knowledge and experience with ForgeRock project/program execution.
- Ability to coordinate and track status of the projects & Program with business users and senior leadership.
- Ability to create and maintain complex project plans utilizing Microsoft Project.
- Ability to provide executive status briefings that reflect accurate project plans, timelines, and risks with Sr. Leadership & CXO.
- Proficient with ServiceNow, JIRA and Agile project management methodology.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Project for status reporting and maintaining dashboards
- Require First Level University degree. Advanced University degree preferred.
- Healthcare domain will be added advantage.
Certifications Needed:
- PMP
- SCRUM
