Location : Denver, CO / Austin, TX
Salary : $100K - $125K / Annum

Job Summary –
The IBM Clarity Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, support, and administration of IBM Clarity (formerly known as Clarity PPM ) within the organization. This role ensures that the IBM Clarity platform is effectively managing projects, portfolios, and resources while supporting the integration of project management practices with the organization's business objectives.
Technical Skills :
Administer and configure IBM Clarity to support project management processes, ensuring system functionality aligns with business requirements.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions within IBM Clarity, ensuring proper security controls are in place.
Customize and configure IBM Clarity workspaces, dashboards, reports, and project templates to meet business needs.
Perform regular system monitoring, ensuring IBM Clarity operates efficiently with minimal downtime.
Plan, coordinate, and execute software upgrades and patches for IBM Clarity to ensure the system remains up-to-date and secure.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the platform, including system errors, performance bottlenecks, or integration failures.
Manage and support integrations between IBM Clarity and other enterprise systems (e.g., financial, HR, or time-tracking systems) to streamline data flow and reporting.
Work with technical teams to implement and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, and other data exchange methods.
Provide first and second-level support to end users, addressing issues related to the Clarity platform and helping them optimize their use of the system.
Design, implement, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using IBM Clarity’s reporting tools.
Collaborate with business users to define reporting needs, ensuring the platform can generate the required insights for project and portfolio management.
Work with stakeholders to configure Clarity to meet the organization’s specific project management and portfolio tracking needs.
Modify Clarity’s workflows, user interfaces, and data models based on evolving business requirements.
Maintain and update project templates, workflows, and resource allocation structures to ensure they remain aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications :
Possess over 3 years of experience in administering and supporting IBM Clarity (Clarity PPM) or similar project portfolio management tools.
Be familiar with Clarity's modules, including Project Management, Resource Management, and Financial Management.
Have experience with system integrations, API management, and data flow between Clarity and other enterprise systems.
Demonstrate knowledge of IBM Clarity configuration, administration, and customizations.
Exhibit strong skills in Clarity’s reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics features.
Be familiar with Clarity’s database schema and capable of writing SQL queries for data extraction.
Have experience with Clarity REST APIs and data integrations.
Show strong exposure to ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, Release, and Change Management, including SLAs.
Possess excellent communication skills for handling incident management calls and meetings and articulating technical issues to management and partners while solving problems.
Have a proven track record of technical background in L2 / L3 application / product support.
Demonstrate solid hands-on experience in troubleshooting and fixing application failures, performance degradation, code debugging, batch failures, and hardware and network failures.
Certifications Needed :
Industry relevant certifications desirable
