Job Description
Role : PAM Business Analyst-Level 5
Location : Charlotte, NC
Job Summary –
5 years of experience as PAM Business Analyst.
Technical Skills :
Familiarity with leading IAM concepts such as Least Privilege, Privileged Access, Roles and Data mining, Segregation of Duty SOD, and Role Based Access Control RBAC
Conducting cross-functional discovery exercises with both business and technical users to create design that accurately reflect the organization's business and corresponding IT access authorizations to fulfill those business needs
Communicating with stakeholders and helping stakeholders understand different implementation options at business and technical level
Coordinate with various teams to drive and execute access changes bring access in line or make recommendations to change as appropriate
Ability to gather and analyze information, design tests and validation procedures to confirm accuracy and strengths of a given control point
Review active privileges in the system & conclude on creation / modification of roles
Architecting solutions for easier design implementation and completing them through execution
Coordinate analysis of discovered user accounts for risk, ownership and access appropriateness
Working with stakeholders to understand their access needs and designing access roles accordingly
Experience with analyzing and documenting business requirements and interfacing with system / platform owners
Technology :
Should have worked on tools related to MS Excel & Access (Expert)
SQL / Postgres SQL / Oracle
CyberArk or any PAM tool.
Should have used technology related to PA / EA Gaps Remediation.
Education qualification :
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and / or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Certifications Needed :
Certificates in relevant fields are added advantage.
