As the technical leader for the project, this role provides end-to-end technical guidance and architectural direction across all engineering teams including AI/ML, Vertex AI, Responsible AI, Five9, DevOps, and QA. The goal is to ensure that the technology strategy aligns with business goals and is executed with high standards of quality, scalability, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Guide and support cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring alignment on architecture, coding standards, and delivery practices.
- Strategy & Architecture: Define and maintain the technical strategy and architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical specifications through close collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the technical design, development, and integration of project components, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and quality standards.
- Team Development: Mentor technical leads and engineers, encouraging growth, collaboration, and a high-performing engineering culture.
- Decision-Making: Lead technical decision-making processes, resolve conflicts, and eliminate roadblocks to maintain development velocity.
- Solution Assurance: Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance across all system components.
- Best Practices: Establish and monitor adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and QA processes.
- Execution Partnership: Work closely with the Scrum Master/Project Coordinator to manage timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, identify technical risks early, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communication: Provide clear, concise updates on technical progress, risks, and mitigation plans to all levels of stakeholders.
- Innovation: Stay informed about emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact and integration.

Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
