Responsibilities

- Utilize pivot tables and other Excel functions to analyze and organize data.
- Maintain organized records of all data entries and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and document management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks.
- Conduct regular audits of data entries to identify and correct errors.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including answering office inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including pivot tables).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively.
- Familiarity with office procedures and clerical tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
