Additionally, MPI is one of the largest distributors of labeling equipment in the country, providing products and services designed to simplify customers’ operations.
Overview:
Join MPI Label Systems as an Account Service Representative, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales and production teams by managing customer requirements and ensuring seamless order processing. This position is a key liaison between customers, sales, manufacturing, prepress, and management to deliver high-quality products and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure customer specifications are accurately translated into production requirements.
- Understand the Flexographic printing process, tooling, materials, and various product applications.
- Process incoming orders, quotes, MAPS, and proofs via fax, email, and phone.
- Monitor order progress throughout the production workflow and maintain proactive communication.
- Process and manage electronic artwork and proofs with the prepress department.
- Support customers with technical inquiries and product-related information.
- Collaborate with sales, prospects, and customers on new business opportunities.
- Manage assigned accounts, maintain organized files and detailed notes.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and prepress teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Utilize the Radius operating system for order entry and production tracking.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualification:
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professional conduct and reliability, including punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in printing, label manufacturing, or customer service is preferred.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute
lunch)
