Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Full-Time)
Location: Torrance, CA 90503

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 36 hours per week

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter and code invoices into the accounting system.
- Prepare and process payment runs.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including AP reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's or Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred, though we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as Windows operating system.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and payment processing.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
