Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in consultation with oncologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment plans, side effects, and symptom management strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Louisiana or eligible for compact licensure; DEA certification required.
