Key Responsibilities:
- Covering shifts in December and taking on call one weekend per month (Friday-Sunday)
- Managing a range of cases including OB, Ortho, General, Urology, GYN, Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular
- Supervising colleagues with a ratio of 1:3 or 1:4, except for cardiac cases which are managed independently
- No overtime work
