What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orthopedics Nurse Practitioner position at MPLT Healthcare?
We are seeking an Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team. The provider will support both clinic and call responsibilities in this role.
Call Duties : Expect to take calls 8-9 times a month from 5 : 00pm-7 : 00pm, focusing on handling incoming clinic-related calls.
Schedule : Mondays will be spent assisting in surgery, while Tuesday-Friday will be dedicated to clinic duties.
Availability : This is a full-time position, and we are ideally seeking a provider with full-time availability, although we are flexible for the right candidate.
Requirements : An active OR license, DEA, and BLS certification are required.
Perform joint injections, casting, splinting, and fracture management.
Conduct pre- and post-operative care, patient evaluations, and follow-ups.
