Mpower Energy is currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team!
This position will be integral in recruiting talented individuals to join the company. The Recruitment Administrator will also provide administrative support, greet candidates, and communicate internally and externally via phone and/or email. Qualified candidates will have previous recruitment experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, multi-task ability, and a friendly demeanor.
About Mpower
Mpower Direct is a retail energy provider selling 100% renewable energy to residential and business customers in deregulated states. Currently, Mpower conducts business in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, and Chicago and is now expanding into other territories.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates utilizing social media and local groups/organizations
- Review resumes and conduct phone screenings to determine qualifications
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Introduce new hires to the Company and walk them through the onboarding process
- Complete all vetting paperwork with candidates who meet the expectations of the job
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices and/or contacts
- Conduct clerical duties, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and document preparation
- Provide administrative support to the office and sales team

Salary: $50,000 Annually (based on experience and skills)
