Mpower Solar is a rapidly growing solar installer based in New York City, specializing in the sales, design, installation, and maintenance of solar panel systems. With four offices in Staten Island, Brooklyn, Bronx and Queens, Mpower is expanding quickly and looking for a Solar Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow key locations in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record in sales management in the Solar industry. This role requires daily in-field oversight to ensure that sales representatives and office managers are performing effectively and achieving growth targets.
Responsibilities
Income Expectation :
- On Target Earnings : $300,000
- Base Salary, Commission, Overrides on every install, and Bonuses
