ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Program Manager (CPM) to lead and oversee customer program engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of DragonSCALESTM modules for space programs.
The CPM will serve as the primary liaison between mPower Technology and its customers, overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of customer programs. This role requires strong technical expertise, program management skills, communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to meet program objectives.
The CPM has responsibility for overseeing programs and projects from initial planning and qualification through high-rate manufacturing production. This position is responsible for ensuring the core program team is on track to deliver the established and approved deliverables, as well as responsibility for presenting issues, recommendations, and updates regarding status. The CPM must have the required skills to develop high-performing teams in the timely and high-quality execution of the assigned programs. Responsibilities include :
- Manage end-to-end customer program engagements for solar array solutions in space applications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on program objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and business teams to ensure that program milestones and customer expectations are met.
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery.
- Support business development efforts by identifying customer needs and contributing to proposals and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES
MINIMUM EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
4 years of experience in program management, customer engagement, or a related role within the aerospace, solar, or high-tech industries.
Must be a U.S. citizen or Greencard holder.
