Position Overview : Credit Union Support Professional

The Credit Union Support Professional will work primarily on-site at the CU-Interface headquarters in Richfield, Ohio. Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional client service and problem-solving skills with a focus on being results-oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from day one! In this role you will act as the first point of contact for client support questions. Working both independently and with team members, you will coordinate responses to credit union inquiries, with the goal of increasing client satisfaction and retention. You will utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills as a point of contact for credit union clients. Ultimately, you will contribute to building long-term client relationships. The Credit Union Support Professional role serves as a foundation for career development and growth at CU-Interface.

Job Roles, Responsibilities, and Functions

  • Maintain a working knowledge of the mpowered core processing system
  • Interact with cross-departmental team members for solution escalation
  • Deliver outstanding client service and communication through phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and critical thinking skills
  • Process, manage, and track client issues and inquiries using a help desk ticketing system while providing regular updates to clients
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Working Conditions and Environment

  • Schedule : 8-hour shift, 9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm M-F with a half-day Saturday rotation schedule
  • Work location : In-Person (work from home flexibility on Wednesdays)
  • Travel : up to 4-weeks of travel annually

  • Starting salary of $45,000 - $65,000 (commensurate with experience)

  • What You Bring to the Team

  • Education : Minimum high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Experience :
  • Credit union or retail banking experience is an advantage

  • Prior experience and familiarity with CRM help desk ticketing systems (such as Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) are preferred
  • Familiarity with a software company environment is preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Salary : $11,000 - $15,000
