Position Overview : Data Analyst
CU-Interface is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. Your proficiency in MS SQL, Power BI, MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Crystal Reports, and Microsoft Excel will be central to the role as you harness the capabilities of our software to extract insights from intricate datasets. In this position you will work with end users to collect their requests, analyze their needs, and develop insightful reports and dashboards. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure standardization and continuity within data models while building actionable insights and recommendations. This will enable our clients to make effective and informed decisions while you develop new models and improve existing ones, ensuring data integrity across all data formats.
Please Note : The Data Analyst will work primarily on-site at the CU-Interface headquarters in Richfield, Ohio (with work from home flexibility on Wednesdays). The ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment with strong attention to detail is essential to this role. You will be fully engaged and busy from day one!

Basic Functions & Responsibilities :
- Design and develop reports and dashboards using MS SQL and Crystal Reports
- Work closely with end users to develop and test reports, analytics-based data views and custom metrics
- Write, maintain, and support reports or queries in an MS SQL server environment
- Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
- Implement processes to ensure data integrity controls are in place
- Work with project management during system implementations, including data analysis, mapping, conversion, testing, and go-live
- Manage data sets, ensuring they are clean, accurate and ready for analysis
- Collaborate regarding reporting design and development to support internal and external stakeholders
- Additional duties as assigned
