mPowered IT is a Managed Services and Cloud Services Provider to small and medium size business. mPowered IT offers IT support, technology hosting, monitoring, management, helpdesk, disaster prevention and recovery, as well as cybersecurity services, including virtual CISO.
We are looking for an IT Operations Coordinator that will help with procurement activities, assist with vendor and platform management, and execute procedures related to back-office processes and IT systems. The candidate will assist with things like provisioning of our services, project coordination, and licensing governance. Candidate will assist in the maintenance of records for assets internally and for customers, including inventory tracking, vendor audits, and billing adjustments, among other dynamic IT related tasks. This is an in-office position only with no option to work remotely.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
At least one year in information technology procurement
At least one year of CRM or ticketing system experience
At least one year of providing technical support
At least one year of Microsoft Office/365 application experience
Ability to handle multiple tasks and transactions in a high-paced environment
Previous experience in an MSP environment is strongly desired

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Operations:
- Provide strong communications skills for client and team interaction
- Development of product related quotations and the procurement of products and services as designated
- Participate in internal process and plan development as requested
- Create or collaborate on internal reporting as needed for management staff
- Participate in IT related technical tasks as needed
- Manage service delivery platforms
- Deploy services
Procurement Management:
- Presales/Solutions Support (Technical)
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
- Place Orders on an accurate and timely basis
- Track all orders and notify necessary parties of delayed deliveries or other circumstances
- Create Tickets for Support once hardware has been received indicating what needs to happen with the incoming hardware and referencing the proper quote etc.
- Managing Client Inventory of Hardware/Software
- Research available solutions and hardware for various client needs and vet all pricing through multiple suppliers
- Prioritize based on client demand and opportunity
- Testing of new solutions
- Provide support for installation and product related questions of internal support staff
- Investigate and resolve customer issues regarding product and/or service delivery; communicate status to team lead and account executive on a timely basis
- Maintain and submit usage reports to vendors
