As our Total Rewards & HRIS Director, you will:
Architect a Winning Total Rewards Strategy π:Develop and execute a comprehensive U.S. Total Rewards plan that not only attracts top talent but also celebrates and retains our star performers. Collaborate with the CFO and Head of HR to infuse our compensation philosophy into every facet of our organization.
Champion Continuous Innovation π:Evaluate and elevate our current rewards programs, driving continuous improvement through strategic recommendations. Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends to ensure our offerings remain competitive, equitable, and downright irresistible.
Optimize HRIS Excellence π»:Lead the charge in managing and enhancing our HRIS systems. Oversee day-to-day support, resolve complex issues, and collaborate with management to align data management and system functionality with our organizational goals.
Forge Powerful Partnerships π€:Cultivate and manage vendor relationships to optimize our benefits and rewards programs, ensuring exceptional service delivery and seamless system usage.
Inspire & Educate π:Design and deliver engaging training programs, clear communications, and insightful documentation that demystify our total rewards and HRIS functions for all stakeholders.
Drive Project Success π:Spearhead project planning and implementation for HRIS and total rewards initiatives. Identify risks, seize opportunities for improvement, and ensure smooth transitions that align with our strategic vision.
Be the Advocate for Compliance & Innovation π:Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including FSLA, ERISA, and more, while championing creative, forward-thinking solutions.
Qualifications
Who Weβre Looking For π
Experience Maven:7 years in total rewards, compensation, benefits, incentive plans, and HR management, with 5 years in team leadership.
Healthcare Insight:Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
Regulatory Guru:In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Certified Professional:A Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) is a bonus.
Educational Foundation:A bachelorβs degree in HR or a related field is required.
