Create financial reports and analyze performance to uncover trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with leaders to build budgets and forecasts that drive smart decisions.
Analyze service line profitability and recommend strategies for long-term success.
Provide real-time decision support through ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Help business units identify ways to boost profitability and growth.
Qualifications
🔥 What You Bring to the Table:
0-2 years of experience in financial analysis or planning.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Advanced Excel and SQL skills (TM1 experience is a plus!).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence to present insights to senior leaders.
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
