๐ Preoperative Assessment โ Conduct ๐ฉบ patient evaluations, review ๐ medical histories, and apply ๐ฏ recording electrodes.โก Intraoperative Monitoring โ Analyze ๐ real-time electrophysiological data and work alongside ๐จโโ๏ธ๐ฉโโ๏ธ surgeons to ensure ๐ก๏ธ patient safety.๐ ๏ธ Equipment Management โ Set up, โ๏ธ calibrate, and ๐ง troubleshoot neuromonitoring equipment for optimal performance.๐ก Data Interpretation โ Detect and communicate โ ๏ธ neurological changes with ๐ฃ precision and clarity.๐ Professional Development โ Stay ahead in the field with access to ๐ advanced case training and ๐ ongoing education.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table:
โ๏ธ CNIM or CNIM-eligible (this is not a training position).โ๏ธ Bachelorโs degree or higher in a related field.โ๏ธ Must have 1 years of IONM experience โ Youโre ready to hit the ground running.โ๏ธ Strong knowledge of neuroanatomy & physiology โ You understand the science behind the signals.โ๏ธ Excellent communication skills โ You thrive in a team and can clearly relay critical findings.โ๏ธ Valid driverโs license & AHA CPR certification โ Because patient safety comes first.
