🔍 Preoperative Assessment – Conduct 🩺 patient evaluations, review 📑 medical histories, and apply 🎯 recording electrodes.⚡ Intraoperative Monitoring – Analyze 📊 real-time electrophysiological data and work alongside 👨⚕️👩⚕️ surgeons to ensure 🛡️ patient safety.🛠️ Equipment Management – Set up, ⚙️ calibrate, and 🔧 troubleshoot neuromonitoring equipment for optimal performance.📡 Data Interpretation – Detect and communicate ⚠️ neurological changes with 📣 precision and clarity.📚 Professional Development – Stay ahead in the field with access to 🎓 advanced case training and 📖 ongoing education.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table:
✔️ CNIM or CNIM-eligible (this is not a training position).✔️ Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.✔️ Must have 1 years of IONM experience – You’re ready to hit the ground running.✔️ Strong knowledge of neuroanatomy & physiology – You understand the science behind the signals.✔️ Excellent communication skills – You thrive in a team and can clearly relay critical findings.✔️ Valid driver’s license & AHA CPR certification – Because patient safety comes first.
